This membership is available for a one-time offering of $25.00. Membership may be secured for either living or deceased persons whose name is inscribed in a beautiful blue folder which is ideal for gift giving. In addition, names of persons enlisted for perpetual remembrance are written in a blue book especially reserved for this purpose and the book is maintained as part of the Shrine's permanent records. Perpetual Members will receive a framed certificate. Their names will be enscribed in "Our Lady's Blue Book."
